Ice Blast:
==========
Ancient Apparition projects his presence out to make way for a powerful ripple of hailstone and dark magic. Once cast, it can release the spell to strike targets within 200 area of where his presence was upon release. It will deal damage to enemy units and apply a frostbite curse on them for 7 seconds where their health regeneration will be frozen and will shatter if they fall close enough to death. This spell has global range depending on how long you wait for the projections to move. Frostbitten units will take minor damage over time.

Shatter Threshold: 10/11/12%
Cooldown: 44/32/20
Manacost: 100/125/150
Note: You can charge (non-channeling, time based) this as long as you want if you want it to travel further outwards. Has an initial aoe of 200, but increases by a small amount the further it travels.

Alchemist
- Reworked Unstable Concoction
Razzil brews up an unstable concoction that he can throw at an enemy hero, to stun and deal damage. Once Razzil starts brewing, he can continue for up to 5 seconds. Each second of brewing will increase the potency of the concoction and make Razzil more red. After the 5 seconds, there is a small buffer window. If Razzil does not throw the concoction soon after it will blow up and Razzil himself will suffer as if he was hit by the concoction. Concoction can blow up mid air if fired too late.
Charge Duration: up to 5 seconds
Buffer Duration: 1.5
Damage: Up to 150/200/250/300 (Physical damage type)
Stun: Up to 1/2/3/4 seconds

The longer it charges up, the more damage and stun it deals. Listed values are the maximum.
Note: This is hero only target spell. You cannot release it if there isn't a visible target nearby (if you don't release it on time, it explodes on you instead, damage and stunning you). After casting, it builds up for 5 seconds. There is a small buffer duration after that.
Note 2: Alchemist has a red counter that counts down from 5 ontop of his head. Everyone can see this. It will be clear to the enemy when you are charging this.

Visage conjures up two blind Familiars from the realm of death. Familiars have high attack power but each attack, up to 6, drains their power and temporarily weakens them.
Familiars can transform into stone, stunning nearby enemy units upon landing and regenerating their health and attack power. Familiars give a large bounty (150 each) if killed.
Level 1: Up to 72 attack damage, 300 HP, 1 second stun.
Level 2: Up to 90 attack damage 400 HP, 1.25 second stun.
Level 3: Up to 108 attack damage 500 HP, 1.5 second stun.
Familiars take reduced damage from spells.

Each hero death can only charge up one of these items per death, so more than one hero having this will not increase the charges for both of the items.
Can be cast on an ally to heal, dispels on non-creep damage. Can alternatively be cast on an enemy hero to do half the heal (200) as damage over 8 seconds.

Scroll of Town Portal
- Reworked mechanics
- The casting time system for scroll teleports are now dynamic.
Whenever a hero teleports to an area, it causes any other teleports to that area to be delayed with extra time based on the number of heroes that teleported or are teleporting there. Each teleport leaves has memory lasts about 20 seconds for that location.
This does not affect teleports to the fountain area (it accounts for rough areas around shop area as well).
Example: First hero teleports to his tower, he takes the usual 3 seconds casting time. Then lets say the 3 other heroes teleport right after. The second one that telports after the original has a 5 second teleport time. Then 6 seconds, 7, etc.
- Teleport location effect no longer lies to the enemies about the landing spot
- Enemies now see the colors of the teleporting heroes
- Increases max range on where you can choose teleport near a building from 350 to 525
- The color of the teleport effect changes if you are in delayed teleport mode. It goes to normal once you have the standard 3 seconds left. So both sides can tell if its a quick or a delayed teleport and time things accoringly.
Aghanim's Scepter
- Added support for Axe. Cooldown decreased from 75/65/55 to 20
Boots of Speed

Blademail
- Duration reduced from 5 to 3.5 seconds

Restoring green areas in Jakarta

Last month, Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo closed down and sealed off a gas station on Jl. Sudirman to symbolically close down 27 gas stations and convert the areas into green strips. The Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Agency announced that the 27 gas stations would be closed by the end of the year and their closure would add another 10,505 square meters of green areas in Jakarta (The Jakarta Post, Nov. 11, 2009).
The conversion of gas stations into green areas is to meet the target for green areas in Jakarta as stipulated in the 2000-2010 spatial plan to cover 13.94 percent of Jakarta's total 63,744 hectares by 2010.
In 1965, more than 35 percent of Jakarta was green area, but this has been shrinking ever since. Currently, green areas in Jakarta account for only 9.3 percent of the city's area, far less than the target of 30 percent set by the 2007 Spatial Planning Law.
The governor's action is commendable for converting gas stations into green areas because of two main reasons.
First, the decision by the Jakarta administration to close down gas stations and convert them into green areas is a good precedent for implementing spatial plans.
Over the years, the spatial plan seems to have become a legal document that is neither fully enforced nor implemented.
The 27 gas stations are located in areas designated as green areas in the 1965-1985, 1985-2005 and 2000-2010 Jakarta spatial plans.
For many years, the city conceded to the powerful owners of the gas stations and could neither enforce nor implement the spatial plans.
In March 2008, the city proposed the plan of the gas station conversions, but was rejected by the Jakarta City Council. This year, the city resubmitted the proposal and was approved by the newly elected Jakarta City Council.
Second, we must put a stop to the disappearing of green areas in Jakarta. Green areas are an important urban element that can help make cities self-sustainable and more livable.
Annual floods in Jakarta indicate the urgent need for green areas in the capital, because they absorb rainwater and help avert flooding.
New homes, condominiums, malls, hotels and commercial and office buildings have proliferated in Jakarta over the last three decades. These new developments have come at the cost of green areas and have decreased water catchment areas, making the city more prone to floods.
Not only will the conversion of gas stations into green areas add to the green areas, but it will also contribute in preventing annual floods in Jakarta.
The cost of closing down and converting each gas station is around Rp 75 million, and I would argue that the benefit of the conversion of gas stations into green areas will be much more than Rp 75 million over the years. In addition to reducing the risk of floods, the new green areas will beautify and make Jakarta more livable.
I would also suggest that the green areas close to residential areas be designated as recreational parks. These parks will serve to build healthy, strong and vibrant neighborhoods and will benefit the city even more.
The conversion of these gas stations into green areas will also cut back the city's carbon dioxide emission levels. The green areas can act as sponges for such pollutants.
The decision by the Jakarta administration to close down the gas stations and convert them into green areas in order to comply with the Jakarta spatial plan is a good move and should be appreciated.
Not only will this decision become a good precedent for implementing the spatial plans in Jakarta or even in other areas in Indonesia, but will also provide a lot of benefits for the city and its residents.

Pidato Perpisahan
Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Yang Terhormat Bapak dan Ibu Guru SD Negeri 1 kota Bengkulu, dan teman teman kelas 6 yang tercinta. Pertama tama marilah kita panjatkan puji syukur kehadirat Allah s.w.t., karena pada hari ini kita semua dapat berkumpul untuk merayakan “Kelulusan dan Perpisahan Murid SD negeri 1 kota Bengkulu Angkatan 2008-2009″. Alhamdulilah, kita semua berhasil lulus akhirnya. Hari-hari penuh ujian yang sangat menegangkan kini berakhir sudah. Kita lulus! Kita akan meninggalkan sekolah ini dan berpisah. Betapapun beratnya, setiap ada pertemuan pasti ada perpisahan. Hampir semua diantara kita baru bertemu dan berteman akrab saat bersekolah di sini. Alangkah senangnya apabila pertemanan yang telah dijalin selama enam tahun ini dapat bertahan selamanya. Seakan tak tergoyahkan oleh apapun. Mungkin di antara kita ada yang merasa senang mengalami perpisahan karena yang mereka tunggu selama ini adalah hal-hal baru yang terlihat lebih menyenangkan dibanding hal-hal di sini yang sangat membosankan. Tapi mungkin di sisi lai, ada yang merasa sangat sedih karena telah mengalami banyak hal menyenangkan di sini. Betapa banyaknya kenangan yang telah tercipta. Baik yang manis maupun yang pahit. Teman teman, kita menyadari bahwa waktu tak dapat diputar kembali. Oleh sebab itu rasa penyesalan karena sewaktu di SD kurang giat belajar, maka marilah kita perbaiki ketika kita di SMP. Update 1 from IceFrog's blog (23 September 2009):I started working on 6.64 a couple days ago. At first we began experimenting with some number tweaks to the boots, and even some ideas for secondary bonuses that seemed interesting.
However, we found out that there is a technical issue with Phase Boots. They seem to prevent procs like crits, bashes, etc while phased. It was never as apparent before because it was not coupled with attack speed. This makes the Phase Boots a bit anti-synergetic.
While there may be workarounds for that bug, most would probably come at the cost of some functionality. So while still keeping with the primary no armor concept, I am exploring a new buildup for Phase Boots and Power Treads. Keep in mind that numbers are still at an early stage and this change is by no means final, but I'd like to share one version of what we are experimenting with.

Sistem Keamanan Jaringan Komputer
BAB I
PENDAHULUAN
Latar Belakang
Komputer merupakan temuan yang sangat spektakuler bagi segala bidang kehidupan. Semua lini memanfaatkan kecanggihan alat ini. Sampai saat ini kecanggihan tersebut berkembang dengan menggunakan jaringan yang memungkinkan user 1 dan yang lainnya terhubng tanpa batas waktu dan jarak ke seluruh dunia. Tentu saja hal ini sangat menguntungkan karena kita dapat bekerja dimanapun kita berada.
Akan tetapi berangkat dari begitu mudahnya pengaksesan jaringan ini, maka kita perlu sebuah keamanan jaringan untuk menyaring dan menentukan user-user yang boleh dan bias masuk dalam jaringan kita. Sehingga data-data serta semua informasi penting yang ada dalam jaringan kita tetap terjaga kerahasiaannya.
Oleh karena itu, sudah menjadi kewajiban kita sebagai mahasiswa TKJ untuk menelusuri lebih dalam tentang segala aspek yang mungkin kita manfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kemanan jaringan tersebut diatas. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan berbagai software-software yang ada dipasaran, yang memang diseting untuk system keamanan jaringan. Beberapa software yang bersangkutan dengan system keamanan jaringan antara lain:

Monitor Magic
Soft Perfect Personal Firewall
Software-software diatas adalah beberapa software yang dapat kita gunakan dalam system jaringan komputer.
Pokok Permasalahan
Setelah melakukan pengamatan terhadap bahan pokok materi yang akan kita bahas dalam makalah ini, penulis menemukan beberapa pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas. Beberapa diantaranya adalah :
1. Apakah pengertian jaringan itu?
2. Bagaimana kerja software-software jaringan yang diteliti (Everest Corporate, Monitor Magic, Soft Perfect Personal Firewall, Edvance LAN Scaner)?
Tujuan dan Keguanaan
Dari pokok permasalahan diatas maka penulis menguraikan beberapa tujuan dan keguanaan dari penyusunan makalah ini, antara lain:
1. Mengetahui pengertian jaringan komputer
2. Mengetahui sistem kerja software-software jaringan yang disebutkan diatas.
BAB II
PEMBAHASAN
Pengertian Jaringan Komputer
Jaringan komputer adalah sebuah system yang terdiri atas komputer perangkat jaringan lainnya yang bekerja bersama-sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang sama. Tujuan dari jaringan komputer adalah:
- Membagi sumber daya: contohnya berbagi pemakaian printer, CPU memori, harddisk.
- Komunikasi: contohnya surat elektronik, instant messaging, chatting
- Akses informasi: contohnya web browsing
Agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang sama, setiap bagian dari jaringan komputer meminta dan memberikan layanan (service). Pihak yang meminta layanan disebut klien (client) dan yang memberikan layanan disebut pelayan (server). Arsitektur ini disebut dengan sistem client-server, dan digunakan pada hampir seluruh aplikasi jaringan komputer.
Klasifikasi Berdasarkan skala :
- Local Area Network (LAN)
- Metropolitant Area Network (MAN)
- Wide Area Network (WAN)
Berdasarkan fungsi : Pada dasarnya setiap jaringan komputer ada yang berfungsi sebagai client dan juga server. Tetapi ada jaringan yang memiliki komputer yang khusus didedikasikan sebagai server sedangkan yang lain sebagai client. Ada juga yang tidak memiliki komputer yang khusus berfungsi sebagai server saja. Karena itu berdasarkan fungsinya maka ada dua jenis jaringan komputer:
- Client-server
Yaitu jaringan komputer dengan komputer yang didedikasikan khusus sebagai server. Sebuah service/layanan bisa diberikan oleh sebuah komputer atau lebih. Contohnya adalah sebuah domain seperti www.detik.com yang dilayani oleh banyak komputer web server. Atau bisa juga banyak service/layanan yang diberikan oleh satu komputer. Contohnya adalah server jtk.polban.ac.id yang merupakan satu komputer dengan multi service yaitu mail server, web server, file server, database server dan lainnya.
- Peer-to-peer
Yaitu jaringan komputer dimana setiap host dapat menjadi server dan juga menjadi client secara bersamaan. Contohnya dalam file sharing antar komputer di Jaringan Windows Network Neighbourhood ada 5 komputer (kita beri nama A,B,C,D dan E) yang memberi hak akses terhadap file yang dimilikinya. Pada satu saat A mengakses file share dari B bernama data_nilai.xls dan juga memberi akses file soal_uas.doc kepada C. Saat A mengakses file dari B maka A berfungsi sebagai client dan saat A memberi akses file kepada C maka A berfungsi sebagai server. Kedua fungsi itu dilakukan oleh A secara bersamaan maka jaringan seperti ini dinamakan peer to peer.
Berdasarkan topologi jaringan : Berdasarkan [topologi jaringan], jaringan komputer dapat dibedakan atas:
· Topologi bus
· Topologi bintang
· Topologi cincin
· Topologi Mesh (Acak)
· Topologi Pohon (Hirarkis)
· Topologi Linier

Getting Started
Setelah kamu sudah menginstall SoftPerfect Personal Fir, kita perlu merestar kembali PC kita. Setelah sistem startup, kita akan lihat suatu firewall kotak dialog yang minta/tanyakan kita yang menetapkan lebih dulu aturan yang akan kita magsud. Di-set yang sudah, E-Mail, dan lain lain ARP, ICMP dan DNS aturan yang ditetapkan lebih dulu diperlukan untuk operasi jaringan benar. Kamu dapat memodifikasi aturan ini kemudian.
Jika kamu harus mengakses firewall itu untuk mengubah bentuk wujud yang kita tentukan, menggunakan sistem ini muncul menu yang menunjukkan di bawah. Klik Firewall Terbuka untuk membuka jendela yang utama itu. Yang di-set Belajar Item Gaya untuk memungkinkan belajar gaya. Di dalam Belajar Gaya firewall akan minta/tanya kita harus berbuat apa ketika program mendeteksi suatu paket yang tak dikenal. Setelah masa penggunaan di dalam belajar gaya program akan jadi siap untuk dipakai di dalam suatu ciri. SoftPerfect Personal Firewall dibagi menjadi 3 jenis : Mengijinkan Semua jenis mengijinkan segalanya melalui/sampai. Blok Semua jenis stop manapun aktivitas jaringan.
Gaya Saringan menerapkan/berlaku aturan seperti yang kita punyai, mulai manapun paket jaringan menukar. Jika tidak ada J aturan menggambarkan untuk paket dan gaya pelajaran batal/mulai paket akan [jadi] dihalangi.
Di dalam kolom sebeleh kiri, kamu dapat mengakses informasi alat penghubung jaringan, aturan dan firewall dan berbagai peristiwa. Gunakan toolbar tombol untuk mengakses berbagai program menonjolkan. Kolom kanan memajang informasi lebih lanjut untuk memilih materi. Dalam hal ini, daftar aturan dipertunjukkan. Aturan diterapkan berdasarkan pesanan yang mereka ditetapkan. Aturan Firewall
